John Schaffer joined AAA in 1995 as vice president and chief financial officer. He is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the national office. He began his career with AAA in 1988 as the chief financial officer for the AAA Chicago Motor Club. Previously, John was a vice president with the professional liability insurance brokerage and underwriting management firm of Shand, Morahan and Company.
John is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana, a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Boards of AAA Life Insurance Company and AAA Life Re, Ltd. and as a trustee for AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety. |
