Richard D. Rinner joined AAA in 1990 as general counsel. In 1991, he was appointed vice president and general counsel. In April 1995, Rick was named senior vice president for administration and general counsel with responsibility for accounting, human resources, purchasing and corporate services and the Legal Department. In April 1997, he was named executive vice president, retaining his previous duties and assuming new ones for AAA's travel information publishing operation.
Rick holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in communication from Bradley University. Prior to joining AAA, Rick was an executive with a direct marketing firm. Rick also spent 10 years in private practice in Peoria, Illinois. Rick is a member of the Florida Bar Association and several professional organizations. |
